A citizen of St. Louis County will have her case against Charter Communications and its former employee heard by a jury in February. The Plaintiff alleges that the Charter employee accessed her confidential data stored at Charter multiple times to wage a campaign of terror against her. The suit alleges causes of action including negligent supervision, negligent training, and reckless infliction of emotional distress against Charter. The trial will be held before the Honorable Mary Elizabeth Ott on February 20, 2019.
