The St Louis County Court granted Cosgrove Law Group, LLC's motion for summary judgment yesterday, allowing our client to continue on with its business without any further litigation harassment from the client's former regional employer. The court correctly concluded that there was no genuine issue regarding the illegal scope of the non-compete provision at issue, ending the litigation without the need for our firm's trial experience.
