Cosgrove Law Group, LLC has brought four separate arbitrations against investment adviser Rodney Ferguson and New York Life Insurance over the sale of Universal Life, Whole Life, Variable and Fixed annuities. Overall, Ferguson sold almost 70 insurance products to one St Louis family over the course of approximately 25 years. The Statements of Claim seek over $3 million in damages. The claims are only allegations at this point and the four cases will be heard by FINRA arbitrators in 2024.
