Mr. Simpson joins Cosgrove Law Group, LLC as the firm's senior litigation associate. Mr. Simpson has substantial experience investigating and defending civil claims in state courts across Missouri. He has also successfully advocated for plaintiffs in consumer protection and fraud cases.
With extensive civil litigation experience, Mr. Simpson brings a well-rounded approach to the work he does for our clients. Mr. Simpson received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri - Columbia and his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law where he graduated cum laude. He served on the UMKC Law Review Board as Literary Editor and Chapter Vice-President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Fraternity.
