June 12, 2014 – Cosgrove Law Group recently collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for an investment adviser representative. The case arose out of the representative’s former broker-dealer’s reassignment of his advisory clients as well as its post-termination misrepresentations to state regulators. The case settled less than a year after the representative reached out to David Cosgrove based on his prior accomplishments in U-5 cases around the nation.
