May, 2016 – David B. Cosgrove was asked to be the Chair for the Bar Association of St. Louis’ Securities Section. David’s experience in securities regulation and securities litigation will be an asset to this new Committee Section. The Section provides a forum for securities lawyers to exchange ideas, address common concerns, and work toward improving the practice of law. The Section will also provide relevant CLE programs to members of the the Bar. David was also chosen to be on the Bar Association of St. Louis’ Board of Governors. David looks forward to serving his fellow Bar members in these new positions.
